Great location, FANTASTIC staff, room was comfortable and roomy. Would definitely recommend the venue.

Hotel that offers something different with the clean modern design, concrete floor, perimeter led light and glass bathroom cladding. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Courteous staff. Great room

Hotel reasonably with great view if you get the harbor view room size pretty good in HK standard. Overall clean and quiet and nice. We will book the hotel again if we travel to HK again

The room was very clean , only one thing, staff at the hotel was good but should have explain , there was a wedding happening, and the 5 th floor was off limits ect .. lack of communication to me anyways
