The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. Didn't have to fight for pool chairs. Only complaint is random fees slapped on daily which we were not informed about before hand.

Absolutely 5 star from check in to check out the first time. Being part of a flight crew, we came back a week later and a noticeable change compared to the first visit - lots of amenities in the room and the mini bar was kept stocked first go-around. Second visit, no bathroom amenities, tv guide wasn’t working, phone wasn’t charged, and the mini bar was never restocked. Somewhat torn on how to rate.
