“Cushions had a dirty looking, too cold to be in the outside pool. Indoor pool over crowded an a lot of bleach smell like. For $25 dollars breakfast buffet per person it was kind of too much considering we didn’t go to stuck up our stomach with food. They had a party inthere We couldn’t sleep! We complained and they said, they had a party that got out of hand. I should have stick to $250 hotel I was planning on staying.”

“Amazing property, Anthony our host was extremely helpful. If you are looking for an extremely quiet romantic retreat this is the place. Fauna Restaurant is very close to the property, and that's about it, so bring snacks. The pool is very clean, not heated, but swimmable on warm days. Also, the pool has a good amount of in water seating with a very nice swim up bar. The pool jacuzzi is heated and very clean. Great place for couples or adults because there are no televisions in the rooms which……

“The property is gorgeous. We stayed at the residences and the condo had everything you would need for your stay. It even had a kitchenette. We had a great ocean view from our balcony. The resort is south of central La Paz; it would make sense to rent a car so you can easily get around the area. You do have access to the beach club and the hotel which is part of the property. Both were wonderful! The staff is very attentive. We relied on the staff to shuttle us back and forth from our condo……

“Beautiful property. Clean room. However its a bit Overpriced for what you get. They tried to overcharge me for the "hotel fee" immediately upon check in. Just be prepared to over pay for everything and be hounded over and over by relentless vendors when you're relaxing on the beach. The town of Puerto Peñasco is in rough shape, and reminded me of the dirty sketchy side streets of ghetto Tijuana. But hey.. it's Mexico ”

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

We rented a golf cart from the hotel and the lady at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and recommended great spots to eat & explore. Very clean rooms, filtered water provided. "We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel staff, seemed overly focused on promoting timeshare properties, which left a negative impression. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again. 我们订的是全包式。入住的时候告知晚餐需要先预约，问哪一家餐厅晚上可以吃海鲜龙虾的，结果去到餐厅所有的龙虾都需要额外付费。早餐是自助餐，选择也不多。唯一值得赞许的是员工的服务态度不错。另外这个地区的所有旅游相关从业人员包括酒店的服务人员都在推销售卖timeshare酒店。感觉不好，不会再来这家酒店了。"
