"The pool water was very dirty with a lot of “white floaters” throughout the water. Perhaps they have to shut down and drain it or shock it. The gym equipment really needs to be wiped down a couple times a day. We were in the gym early and the cardio equipment was very dirty with dried sweat. The gym started to smell which is why I guess the doors got left open in the afternoon. It needs a very good cleaning. The rooms were beautiful and great cleaning performed daily. Great job by housekeeping!! "

"Food was TERRIBLE. Our AC didn’t work and it took them an entire day to get it fixed. Service was not good either. Pools were great though."

"The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and closet were small and awkward. The pool was lovely but overall too deep and difficult to navigate. The food was excellent and the staff was excellent. Awesome location."

"Rooms were clean. Food in buffet a steak house were good. 2 desserts in Mexican restaurant had a piece of glass in it. Specially restaurants closed too many nights"

"Jr. Suite. Beautiful & huge pool. Fabulous location. Clean grounds. Deli is great too. Adjacent to their Blanco resort. Nice pool chairs and beach chairs. Nice staff. Good Asian dining area. Decent Buffet though the food is not as good as Sunset or Pacifica. The shuttle between Rose & Sunset is a great plus. Such a great time, we are booked for July 1st-6th. "
