"We loved our 10 day stay at the palace, the staff were so friendly and happy all the time nothing was to much trouble for them, food was excellent and lots of it, rooms were great we had a lovely view of the ocean and the famous arch and cruise ships, some night there was no entertainment at the palace because there was a party at the Santa Fe, a lot of people were complaining about that and saying they should put entertainment on for the people that do t want to party next door but I can’t wait to return to this hotel."
