“Signing after every meal or drinks ordered after it being all inclusive is strange. Not having disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste or q tips included in the amenities is also a bummer. Or having to get picked up by an uber outside of the security gate, property premises because they’re not allowed in, are all small inconveniences that add up to the experience. The sales pitch for a tour of another property and spa right at the beginning at check in is also not a good way to start after just……

“Great locations - close to downtown and very walkable to all the local shops and restaurants. Staff was very responsive and helpful with setting up transportations for us and our requests. The room was clean and contains all that was needed for us. It even has a full size refrigerator and all the necessary supplies in the small kitchen if we choose to cook. “The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.”

“The service and location of Estancia are the two things that impressed me the most. The resort is like 3 min walk from the beach. If you want to go to downtown areas (which is about 12 min of rides from the resort), you can always get a cab within 5 minutes. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They helped us out with directions and information regarding restaurants. Other than these two points, the resort's restaurants are awesome. We upgraded to all-inclusive for the last two days,……

“We came for our honeymoon and had a great time! The concierge was very helpful during our stay. All of the service staff were friendly as well. The room was clean, comfortable and looked great. Overall food was great with the exception of a couple menu items that fell below expectations. Drinks were well crafted all around.”
