The service was amazing--we had a problem with our safe and I stopped by the front desk to complain. There was someone at the door to our room before I got back to it! ”

“I was solo, celebrating my birthday. They surprised me with a free upgrade plus a very respectable bottle of champagne on ice. It was a brand new remodeled room with a large balcony, 180 degree view with the ocean right below. Crashing waves and lovely sea breeze so I never used the air conditioner. Nice beach at the bottom of the stairs with free lounges & umbrellas, bar service. Beautiful Mexican architecture throughout the Villa, pools, outdoor scenic restaurant with wonderful service and……
