“I wish I could have given five stars to everything! I like the hotel I like the location. I chose a room without a balcony. I would not do that again. There is no windows to look outside either. The communication was trxt messaging through Expedia. That was a little rough. Waiting for people to respond to check in and waiting for people to respond when checking out. Neither people who helped me knew English. That was a challenge. They were kind and did their best to be helpful. It could be noisy……

“Pictures on the Expedia website are not from the rooms that you actually get, I asked for a 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed for my child, I was put in the only building with a queen size bed and a futon, no central A/C cabinets were old and we could hear the noise from people walking by and next door, when I asked if I could change my room they said I would have to pay another $200.00 to be put on the newer building and have access to the big pool, the restaurant food is over……

“my family really loves this place, we been here 4 times already. this last time the AC was not working and we did not let the workers know so it was also on our part to not let them know. other then that we had an amazing time. it is quiet and relaxing. we took our babies and they love it as well.”

“Buenos dias necesito el reembolso de la reservacion del sábado a nombre de Martin Valenzuela, ya que al llegar al hotel después de reservar en Expedia me dijeron que estaba lleno el hotel, y no me dieron solución, así que necesito que me den mi reembolso, quedo pendiente.”

“Horrible stay, first room smelled like total sewage, then they gave us another room, and this room had no ac as they told us we would have, then the fan they put in the room helped nothing. We asked for certain things to help like an extension cord, due to only 1 outlet for the fan, and we got nothing and no response after 3 attempts of asking. Room service is a joke, as I contacted them everyday and no response, even when they put a menu inside, and we got nothing. My son got sick and I got……

“Really enjoyed the pool area. Safe area to walk”

“No AC, gets really hot but cools down at night. We checked in, left for the day and returned infested with ants everywhere including my personal items. It was frustrsting. I report it and they took care of it asap. I had to purchase items again! They said they would compénsate me with a free night and I didn’t get anything.”
