We had a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the beach sunrise both mornings while drinking our coffee on the deck. The only issue was the AC didn’t work properly and there was a dog above us that barked a lot. We were a bit close to the party hangout at night but with earplugs we managed to get enough sleep. I enjoyed the rain shower. The breakfast was decent. I would prefer an omelette if I had a choice but at least there was eggs and fruit. I enjoyed the yogurt with honey and fruit. I would stay again but only for short stays.

We stayed at the Hotel Oasis for just one night and loved the location, the restaurant, and the pool. The neighborhood felt safe and although a little dated, the property is well cared for. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to anything we needed. There were a lot of dogs that live on the property and they were all friendly, happy, and well cared for. The only down side was noise at night. At several times overnight the dogs would start barking and wake us up. I think they are kept in close proximity to the building our room was in and it was LOUD. We did have a wonderful stay, and I would not hesitate to return if I find myself in Loreto again (but will likely ask for a room on the other side of the complex- further from the dogs).

First time at Oasis - but not my last! Incredible beach location, easy access for walks. Extremely dog friendly which my Baden loved. Food and service were top end and the free breakfast buffet was delicious. My room was large and well lit. Clean and all functional - the cleaning staff were so warm and efficient. My Go To hotel in Loreto🎉

Everything was great clean room, onsite restaurant and bar, pool was so-so. If staying here over a weekend beware there is LOUD music on the beach till 3am. Ask for a room closer to the office. Rooms closer to the office are lower in number. We were in 27 and were woken up several times through a Saturday night due to loud music.

Hotel was one of the few in the area on the beach. However, all rooms, mine included did not have a beach view. Shops and dining was within walking distance. Included breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. I would rate the hotel a 3.5 stars.

Just the kind of hotel I like: unpretentious, low-key, casual. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant has great food. Breakfast buffet came with the cost of the room and was delicious. The bar staff were welcomng. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The property sits right on the beach and the room had a great view of the water and the island just off the coast. It's an easy walk to the Plaza and shopping. Definitely my go-to for my nextd trip.

Everything was wonderful - staff, grounds and service. The only issue was our room was located at the front entrance so street noise, maintenance staff and owners dogs were a bit of an issue. Best to book directly with the desk staff. Definitely going back and will request a garden room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant was delicious and the bar was very relaxing. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet! Excellent location for hanging out on the beach as well as walking to bars/restaurants. It’s a bit noisy at night so it could be difficult for a light sleeper but I had no issues personally. The cleaning staff left Hershey’s kisses and a heart shaped towel for Valentines Day. Super cute! I’d stay again and recommend to friends!

The room was nice but there was a residence upstairs and was very noisy. They were load goin up the stairs and it sounded like they were moving furniture at 12:30 AM. When we asked to be moved to another room the front desk staff was less than helpful and did not even look to see if another room was available. After discussing the issue they were able to move us but we had to stay in our same room another night. Again very noisy at 12:30 AM when they came in upstairs. Once moved the room was quieter but the hotels dogs like to bark in the middle of the night right out side our room. Asking the front desk for an extra blanket was a major task and was ignored. Three trips to the front desk and he finally went and got us one. When we asked for a coffee pot, because our room did not have one, the front desk did nothing. The next day we asked the maid and she went and got one right away. The hotel was nice and we did enjoy our stay, although the front desk staff was very unhelpful, rude and didn't care about how our stay was. Even trying to have nice conversation in the morning we seemed to be a bother to them. The rest of the staff was amazing and helpful. We would return but stay in a room that was not close to the main area. I would give a 2 1/2 star rating based on the front desk but the rest of the staff was great.

The rooms could use a little up date but they were clean. The staff is supper friendly and the restaurant with an ocean view is great. The pool is well maintained and the hot tub was hot.
