Great stay , right at Times Square. Had 2 small kids , no complaints

I don’t like the stupid service fee. Otherwise okay. Hotels in NYC are always underwhelming and overpriced. Loove the cleaning staff. They were super friendly and helpful.

Great location and v specious rooms. Staff was very helpful, specially the one at the gate. Kitchen was slightly small and a bit poorly designed. Rest all were great, we enjoyed the stay.

I've stayed at this property previously twice prior to this third stay. On this third stay, while the lobby was nice, our room was BEAT UP when we arrived. The carpet was very frayed upon entry and stains throughout the room on the carpet. The bathroom floor had hair on it that was not ours (we literally had just walked in). The very large and heavy pocket door for the bathroom was off the tracks and extremely tough to close (which when staying with others and not alone makes using the bathroom a challenge). There were small dogs in another room on the floor barking often, which made sleeping a challenge. (I didn't realize pets were allowed, and I'm a pet person). Also - there appeared to be call girls entering early in the mornings, walking right past the "security" desk near the concierge. While this location is convenient, and the staff is very kind, the property needs a refresh - it is looking very antiquated. And the late night/early morning call girls were a bit much.

The property is close to a lot of things. The room itself is outdated. There is not much to see within the hotel.
