We had such a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and made the whole family feel welcome. The family room was a spacious and clean.

After reading a lot of reviews I decided to stay here for a one-night staycation with my 5 year old daughter. Overall i would say it was okay. Things worth noting that weren't great: The pool area was cold and unclean. I literally had to find a member of staff and tell them that the steam room was disgusting. The pool itself was great and looked stunningly blue. There were no robes in the room. The breakfast was not great and the set-up didn't help. The toast station, water and condiments was in one corner and there was literally a huddle and queue to access. Teaspoons and glasses were empty and barista coffee isn't included in the buffet price. Things that were good: Friendly staff, lovely room, comfy bed, price.

Staff were very helpful and did their best to assist with any needs. Air conditioning was a problem. I have an engineering degree and could not work it out.

Lovely stay at Lancemore Melbourne. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Rooms were on the smaller side but very clean and well-kept. Great option for a comfortable city stay with close by parking.

Great hotel and location - right in the middle of the city. Excellent roof top bar and great breakfast. Stylish rooms and loved the bed - one of the most comfortable I have had. Would stay again.

YEHS was in a great little spot, close to Southern Cross and easy walking distance to a lot of shops/restaurants. Ting was wonderful, and helped us get settled and ensured our stay was lovely.

Our stay was great and the location is super handy to most things. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
