Zhoushan All inclusive Holidays

this is our first time in China, and I am very happy with Doris (the owner). She made sure all of our neccessities are met. Even when we're having troubles at pick up and drop off transpo, she helped us out. The space is huge for 4 of us and it is clean. There is also free toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Thank you Doris!

Great location to metro station.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The mall is just next door. Have stayed in this hotel three times. During my last stay, I thought I lost my hand phone, Cindy and her colleagues were very helpful to try to locate my phone via the Didi company. Really appreciate their help. However, the conditions of the first room given to us was not so good. There were stains in the bathroom which shouldn’t be the case. Housekeeping is lacking though the housekeep staff was very friendly when I met them along the corridor.

Had some problems checking in but the staff were super friendly, spoke english and was just reassuring through the stay. Only issue was the smoke smell around the halls for those in dorms but it goes away once in the capsule.
