The hotel is beautiful, and the room was huge. They have one of the best walk-in showers I’ve seen, and the location is great. However, they don’t offer room service.

Great location as you are steps away from the heart of Namba, and you’ll have access to multiple stations via underground walkways protecting you from any weather elements. A tip is that the hotel ground entrance is located at the northeast corner of the building, as the map may not directly show that.

Location was great, clean, amenities, lots of space, comfortable beds.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful. English was spoken, and it was a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. Also next to a few shrines, and a museum. If you arrive here tired and don't want to go far, you can still find somethings to do around. I absolutely loved my time here, we had a washing mashine in our room and were provided with laundry detergent, essentials like a toothbrush, a comb, razor, shaving cream. I'm honestly absolutely pressed at the service and how affordable it was. The beds were a little on the hard side I will say but other than that, fabulous hotel.

Fantastic hotel that is close to the Osaka Castle. Great dining options. Safe, walkable area around. If you can pick a room with the castle view.

The staff was wonderful.

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Excellent quiet location, close to Namba area. Local food and shopping options next door. Clean and comfortable.

It was very nice room and excellent services overall. Just on the side of the hotel and was under our room had a constructions going on during the day. It was really loud even though just for a few hours. It would be nice if hotel would notify the guests in ahead of the time.

Excellent hotel with fairly large rooms, a good onsen and a huge breakfast buffet. Excellent location for sightseeing and shopping.
