Good stay for 3 people (1 couple and a friend) - good location and had all amenities we required. Very useful to have basic cooking capabilities and a washing machine in the room. When there were any issues, staff were responsive and promptly addressed them.

We had a wonderful stay. We only stayed for one night and wished we were in Tokyo for longer--we would have stayed here for sure.
The hotel and the surrounding garden is beautiful. After a busy week in Japan, we thoroughly enjoyed walking through the gardens in the morning before heading to the airport. The gardens host the 'cloud' feature which is amazing to see. Even more importantly, the gardens are home to historic sites from Japan's extensive history. It is clear that the hotel and its staff take immense pride in keeping up with the grounds.
The service was immaculate as well. We felt incredibly relaxed and pampered the whole time we were there, and are very thankful to the staff for their professionalism and care.
We are already looking forward to our stay the next time we are back in Tokyo.

Friendly staff , easy checking - no Expedia VIP benefit or mentionned. Breakfast staff needs a lot of training, forgot my order, brought the wrong things twice.
