Check-in process was atrocious... notified in advance about my time of arrival and was informed I'd be met at the office. Upon arrival, the office was shut (no one stated this before) and I was told I'd been messaged on What's app. As an international traveller not using data roaming, this didn't come through... Finally made it to the apartment - the internet needed (you guessed) mobile data to view the passcode (?!?) and instructions for aircon were for a different apartment. Very frustrating that this info couldn't have been provided in advance
Also, gym access is only for residents as an induction is needed... again not as advertised
Pool area is nice though and apartment had great views over the river
