The room size is good

The hotel performs well in terms of accessibility and hygiene. The central location is a major advantage for travellers looking to explore nearby attractions. However, the overheating air conditioning and uncomfortable beds significantly detract from the overall experience, especially for those prioritizing rest.

客房整潔，員工友善，附近outlet 是五分鐘步程，也有一個商場，購物非常方便，餐廳也有很多選擇，我們吃了善治郎牛舌。酒店早餐非常美味，即做奄列，花園景觀也增添不少分數啊！

位置很好，交通方便，整體滿分，但自助早餐食品款式少，無咖啡機

我喜歡： -酒店很新, 內外也很美觀 -雖然風呂面積不算大, 總比沒有的好 -職員的服務態度很好 -房間設計不錯 -酒店位置很方便,就在市中心 -泊車也算是方便 -有自助洗衣服務 我不喜歡： -房間的面積較我的預期狹窄 -風呂的面積也很細小, 比較狹窄, 多幾個人就很不方便

5-star hotel experience. Polite professional staff. Visited its lounge, good view and fair price. Room is great and clean.

Super close to the ski lift ticket office, standard Japanese room with a sink is good but there is only 1 female and 1 male toilet on the floor, would be too busy if full house as about 10 rooms are sharing . Big drying room on the basement, free breakfast and shuttle to/from Ilyama station. Big TV in room with only youtube anf Neflix. A kettle and a heater in room. Separated Public bath (onsen) for men and women, strange that 7-9pm is the "communal" time on men's side (i.e. female can get in the men's bath during the period that means all have to be in swim suits). Better to have a bin inside the room, for the public bath area, it would be great if put a tissue box there and a clock ((guess it has no battery), also replacing the old hairdryer which is too weak. Staff are all very friendly and the common area has a great mountain view.
