Overall the room was clean and spacious but its air- conditioning was fair and not cool enough. The staff at front desk and lobby were nice and helpful.

Overall is OK for this hotel and just the location and transport not so convienient.

酒店走輕奢風格，建築內櫳不錯； 我選了海景房，觀光塔、西環、南環湖及海景一覽無遺； 可惜遇雷暴警告，未能進入泳池； 到巴士站只需步行2分鐘，但車流多而急，過馬路時需注意安全； Check in 時間較慢，前線女職員大部份均欠笑容及眼神接觸； 男前線職員則明顯較親切有禮； 冰霜不凍，於酒店超市買回來的雪條放冰箱1小時全融化作奶昔； 電視接收訊號差，成日自動轉無聲

Nice and spacious room, comfortable bedding, excellent 180 degrees view of Macau, ocean and bay bridges. Several restaurants offer delicious dishes of different styles and levels, including the Michelin Star and the 38 Lounge. Not in the crowded areas, but transportation is convenient by taxi or multiple buses for a short distance to where most tourists would visit. One best part is 15-20 minutes easy walk to the famous 官也 streets, where you go for authentic Macau and Portuguese foods. The in-door pool area is well equipped, charming with great view.
