Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the food and drinks are really good. Superior to all the other All inclusive we had stayed not only in DR.
The only thing we didn't like is the staff.
They are not rude but you have to be constantly asking for service. They can walk by your table and notice you need a drink for example, and they won't take the initiative of offering you something until you ask. Then they will take forever get it. I had to get up and get my own drinks all the time, and I wouldn't mind if i notice they were super busy or were under staff but there were LOTS of waitresses just standing there.
