Wrangel Island All inclusive Holidays

Room was clean for the most part. However, the room had no hot water, no ac in the unit, and parts of the mattress were dirty under the sheets. Had to ask the front desk for a new room at 2am because was too hot to sleep. I was eventually provided with one that worked with AC in the morning and I was told that I would be reimbursed for that day. I was told by front desk staff multiple times that they would leave a note with management. Once I received the room, new room smelled like marijuana smoke. Upon complaining, they handed me a febreeze bottle. I decided not to further press the issue as leaving the AC on while I was gone seemed to help reduce the smell. As I was checking out of the hotel, I asked the front desk person to confirm if a note was left, and there was no note left behind for management, and was instead at the end to contact the Guest Relations Manager. Will update review once I am followed up with the manager.

Great location right in times Square and very clean

The hotel is very clean & safe. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I would stay here again for sure. And the Wilson next door is a gem also😉.

My family appreciated that the staff greeted us every time we entered hotel, however, we didn't have anyone offer to help us with our bags or guide us through the hotel. Also, when we ordered our rooms online, our final price was $2793 ($1396/each). On our emailed invoice, the total price was $2890 ($1445/each). Lastly, we were charged $3640 ($1820/each). The pricing of the rooms do not match depending on which website you check. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is so cute! It’s close to the beach and is easily reachable via the bike rentals they have at the hotel. The staff was so friendly and let us check in early and check out late. We loved the common area and enjoyed the pool and hammocks. It was so quiet and comfortable. We will stay again!

Clean hotel in excellent location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Convenient location for shopping. One thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner goes off in the middle of the night and the room gets to about 80 degrees. Also, they don’t stock extra rolls of toilet paper in the room so we had to ask for it.
