I had a great stay at the Hanoi Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, from check-in all the way through to check-out. I also appreciated the hotel arranging the pickup service.
A special thank you to Rosie at reception for making the check-in process so smooth, and to Tony, the bellman, for his quick and helpful assistance. I’d also like to thank CSM Mai NGUYEN for sharing great insights and recommendations about the city.
The hotel’s location is excellent, with many great restaurants nearby and most places within easy walking distance.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Hanoi.

Only criticism would be to replace the blind in the bathroom and use some privacy glass instead. Otherwise five stars as the bed was amazing!

Great staff , amazing location located in between everything is walking distance ,
