St Martin's All inclusive Holidays

You had snacks on the table that you were getting charged for you had a jar with open coffee that anybody could have used. I had a dirty spoon that still had remains from the previous user on it. I arrived early and had to depart the facility until 3 o'clock. They charged me to leave my carry on with them. Even though I was spending the night And there was no restaurant on-site reservation for A taxi was difficult and no one was going to be around as in staff. The room was big with plenty of these little Novelty, cleanup bags. The staff carried on a shortened attitude. The pavement around the facility was all broken up. So that brings a safety issue. As well as the facility looked very well used. We won bathtub and one hand towel. In the room that was a Queen bed and a single bed. Sweet no other towels for washing dishes.

Loved associating with the students that stay here. Nice restaurant with great food. Lovely garden area. Not as close to the tour destinations as we thought so we took taxis but avoid 9am and 3pm heavy traffic. Daily room cleaning could be improved.

A disappointing experience and did not live up to the description in Expedia. Just to clarify, this is a max 3 star hotel and not 4 star as you would expect in the UK. Issues: AC wasn’t working for the duration of the stay and the rooms were hot all day / night. Hotel decor was tired and old fashioned. Bar - This was basically closed on one evening for a private function, Airport transfer - Book yourself as it cost us €88 as opposed to circa €50/55. Location - Good generally but a walk of over a mile to the Metro. Overall disappointed.

The property was beautiful. We had a wonderful suite with 2 full bathrooms and a lovely soaking tub, all amenities were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable (once I requested down pillows😘). The staff was helpful, but especially our doorman. He was always rushing to assist us from the beginning of our stay until the very end.

Definite would return. Perfect location. Excellent staff. Huge room.

Every single employee here was amazing! Starting with the handyman, who was very nice and helpful, to the girls taking care of the breakfast, which was amazing by the way and the great housekeepers. And Terry, you were so chatty and friendly!! Location was perfect, 13 minute walk to the Vatican. TONS of restaurants and pharmacies around. My room had a balcony, so relaxing every evening after a long day was definitely a plus. Thank you again and if I’m ever back in Italy, I will definitely come back!
