South Coast All inclusive Holidays

Booked two rooms. One room had no issues, and the kids were happy with their space. Unfortunately, the other room had a heating problem during a NYC deep freeze. The first night, the temperature was around 63°F. I contacted the front desk the next day, and they promptly sent a very polite and professional technician. The heat improved, though it didn’t fully reach a comfortable level; the second night it maxed out at 66°F. During checkout, Carolyn handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She took the time to listen and made sure I felt satisfied with how the issue was addressed. Thank you, Carolyn.

staff were very very nice, friendly, and helpful. Room was very clean. I was a bit worried as I thought it was going to be a hectic stay due to the area but it was the total opposite. It was quite and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The suite we stayed in 5222 was spotless. The room and the hotel was so opulent and every detail was pure luxury. We will stay there every time we come to Las Vegas from now on.
