Staff was courteous, also, room was nice and clean. Room upstairs was really loud and stomping around which was hard to sleep. Not the hotels fault just bad parenting i’m guessing. Did not want to start an issue so left it alone.

The stay in the resort was very pleasant. Clean and well maintained rooms and grounds. Very courteous staff, The only problem we had was with the bike rental , rude, disrespectful and dis-coordinated. Wasted one hour of time.
