Clean, affordable, friendly staff

The line to check in was extremely long and slow. There were no security people checking key cards to get up to the rooms. That made us feel a little unsafe. The room was clean and large. Perfect for the three of us. Having two bathrooms for 3 women was great. The couch was a pull out bed and one of us slept there. The plumbing was loud and every time we used the toilet it screeched. Definitely an older place. Needs some TLC but it worked for us. Free parking was great as one of us lives locally.

The Venetian Security “Teishe” (approached me aggressively, harassed me, lied about her reason for approaching me, and accused me of not being a guest). After showing my id she refused to leave after I told her to step away from me. She called “ Qadir” & “Chris” and they approached me speaking to very aggressive, disrespectful, and rude. I don’t recommend staying if you don’t want to be harassed for no complete reason. All three of the security staff stated I didn’t do anything wrong yet waisted 2 hours of my time harassing me!

We were able to order a bread basket for the room that was warm and timely We also ate downstairs and had a yogurt parfait that was tasty and fresh We had a great dinner at Nova Was great

The room was spotless when I arrived. I spilled a food item and I cleaned it up as best I could but I did notice that it was not vacuumed the next day as I found crumbs that I missed picking up, otherwise everything was great.
