The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

The room is nice and clean. Breakfast options were a bit too limited. I don't eat pork, but everything nice seemed to have a pork element in it. I ended up with eggs and cheese as my only options,

small room. limited tv program.
very weak water pressure, but came right away to try to fix the problem, and made it better - I appreciated it.
noisy - I did not know that area is that much busy traffic area.
The staffs were nice and kind enough.

The best location for me with vast city panorama from my room and excellent room service to enjoy all in privacy. Across from a charming lake and waking path with a beergarden to sit and people watch. In the same tower there is a fabulous Michelin restaurant. All staff were friendly and efficient.

The staff were lovely and nice but the property is quite old and the upkeep seems to be extremly behind. Amenities are quite poor, so make sure you bring your own.
