Great for big group of family. The room is very spacious and close to all the shops, restaurant and attractions. Especially like its room setting is like a typical Japanese apartment which gave us another experience. There are also family games to borrow at the lobby and all the cooking utensils. Each room has its own washing and drying machine really helps our trip.

The staffs were so nice And the view was amazing The room so warm and clean Better self-drive rather than take the public transport Coz there was far away from lake station We need to take taxi everytime Around 3000-3500 yen single time

Food quality was not value for money, in particular the western type breakfast in which some food were not hot enough.

The hotel is kept well. The service was brilliant.
