Beautiful building, great location close to fisherman’s wharf and cable cars. Very helpful and polite staff. Would stay here again ✅

Noisy room on the ground floor. You could hear every word if someone walked by and the generator from the parking lot across the street kept we awake half of the night. Definitely not what I expect from a RIU Hotel. Very disappointed. Maybe you should invest in new windows. However, location and breakfast were great.

Please provide a FREE bottle of water for your guests. It’s a small but important detail. Drinking water for your guests shouldn’t be a profit decision.
