Room very clean and comfortable. Staff good. Booked 2 rooms. One very good and well renovated and one on a lower floor not to the same standard.

Lovely hotel, beautiful and clean. Staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. The room was lovely, nice comfy bed. Breakfast is great, nice selection of cooked foods, fruit, pastries, yoghurts etc. Great location, 5 minutes walk from central train station. The only thing I'd say it's missing is a pool bar! You can't take drinks from the bar to the pool which seems a shame.

Rooms were great with water filling stations on every floor. Location was amazing and we were able to walk to many amazing locations easily such as the museum, Queen Street mall and waterfront resturants. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions. Would recommend to friends and family.
