Our second time at this hotel great location for a Scotland/Wales meet up. Great spa friendly staff came last year also and plan to come back next year. Great fo r a spa break. Really comfy bed and great coffee in the room. Suni the supervisor was v helpful and accommodating

We had room 310 it where there are some sort of blowers air con also a fire door is left open and the staff use it come come in and out but the hotel is a great place to stop apart from this

I’m very disappointed because this property is simply not accurately advertised. The accommodation itself is nice, but several of the facilities that influenced my decision to book DO NOT EXIST as advertised. Expedia clearly lists a restaurant, bar/lounge and full-service spa, including massage, and shows spa/sauna facilities. In reality, there is NO restaurant, NO bar and NO full-service spa. Breakfast can be pre-ordered and delivered to your room, but that is not a restaurant. A minibar in the room is not a bar. Most disappointing was the “full-service spa.” There is no functioning pool or spa area. We had a private jacuzzi with our room, but when we wanted a massage, sauna and pool experience, the property actually recommended that we go to a completely different establishment and pay for a spa day there. The sauna shown in the advertising is apparently associated with specific accommodation and is not a general spa facility, which was not made clear when booking. The room was also extremely cold overnight, with no staff available to assist. This is a lovely property, but it should be advertised honestly. Calling it a property with a restaurant, bar and “full-service spa” is misleading when these facilities are simply not available.

Nice hotel. Warm welcome on arrival. Hot tub great. The only thing was the wet dog smell in the compact room. Could do with changing the flooring. The room perfume made it worse! Breakfast good choice, great quality.
