We were impressed with the city views and balcony area, size of the apartment and proximity to areas we wanted to visit. However, the room had a very bad sewerage/drain smell which didn’t seem to dissipate during the stay. The car park entry is 2.1m but the actual carpark we were given did not fit a larger car in it due to the limited underground parking areas.
The apartment was very noisy with city and train noises all night long, which is understandable for the location but if you do not like too much noise, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

We have stayed here a few times now as a family and have always been very impressed with the service and facilities. We included our stay with the breakfast which is always worth the extra. Staff and valets are always nice and helpful. The rooms could use a little more polish on the fixtures and fittings but doesn't detract overall. Recommend for families and will visit again.

The room was very dirty, carpet is badly stained and looks terrible. The air-conditioning barely works and with 4 people in the room it struggles to cool. The fold out couch bed was broken and couldn't be used.

Exceptional hotel & service. Very clean, very comfortable, friendly professional staff, pool was excellent. Bar by the pool was comfortable & clean. Rooms were extremely clean, spacious & 24hr room service is always available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Will return for sure. VERY HAPPY customers 👍😁
