The breakfast saves this from a 1 star review. There were stains on the comforter and the blanket seemed like it was unwashed. The staff was not very attentive. In one bizarre incident, we left our bags after checkout. Their bag tag melted into my girlfriends bag and made the handle inoperable because glue got in the handle. The staff did not attempt to help fix the situation at all. We were standing in the lobby trying to clean up the mess for almost 30 minutes so we could get the handle working. Even though there were no other hotel guests, the staff stayed at the bar drinking beverages watching us instead of offering to help clean up. This was the worst instance, but overall the staff was very disengaged and unhelpful.

Location is good but the hotel is bad. No kettle no tea coffee or water in the room. AC not working properly and bed was very uncomfortable. They did nothing even after I complained

Couldn’t get in the room, the room card was not working, we had to go down twice to the front desk for them too reregister the card key and finally the person at the desk came to see what was the problem to realize the card readers needed a new battery! After a long trip it was very upsetting, we waited 40 mn to be able to go in our room.

Santiago and the staff at the Serras were very attentive and gave excellent service. We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location. The free wine happy hour and 30 min access to spa are amazing amenities. We loved the rooftop pool which has views all over the city. There is a laundry area and iron included for hotel guests to use. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
