We arrived really in the morning and got greeted by a youn man,unfortunately I forgot his name . He is normaly on the reception at night. He was welcoming and saw we where all very tired . He offered us a early check inn.
The rooms was cleaned every day ,fresh towels, bootkes of water and refilled coffee/tea.
What mafe our stay so comfortable was the gentleman at the reception who checked us in early in the morning.

The Grosvenor House and staff were amazing . Nothing was too much trouble . We were upgraded to a suite which was incredible. I would never stay anywhere else in Dubai . The Buddha bar and pool and staff were our favourites .
