The hotel resort looks nice from the outside. But inside our room, you can tell it’s been used up and needed some TLC. The bathroom towels that we had on the first day had dirt on it. Also the towels were old and faded. Please replace it. The room was big and spacious. On one of the days we had our room made, we got into our room and it smelled like poop. We assumed the house keeper took a poop in our toilet because the lid was down and the smell came from the toilet. Also, our toilet flooded so we had to tell the front desk who apologized. We will not be staying here again even though the beach front view was beautiful.

Although I liked the staff (very friendly and helpful), the general comfort feel of the rooms, the hotel isn't wheelchair/handicap friendly (...at least, I did not see any signs for it).
I was hoping to bring my elderly parents, but with the amount of stairs for them to walk is a huge inconvenience.
