「Hotel is beautiful, cannot say enough about the staff, from the lovely lady who cleaned our room, fantastic bartender, or super helpful front desk staff! Location is beautiful. Ample parking. Will definitely return!!!」

「Paulo was an incredible host, suggesting ideas for activities, hikes and restaurants.
The bed was confortable and the room had everything you need. If you want to go to bed early or stay in bed late, don’t forget to bring your earplugs if you are in the main building because you can hear people at breakfast.
The continental breakfast was complete with eggs, fruits, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, cake, coffee and tea. There are even passionfruits from the garden sometimes!

「It was OK hotel but nothing more. I will not return for several reasons described below. Our background: retired, in our 60-s, traveling a lot around the world.
Positive first: good location, beautiful building from outside, good water pressure, adequate AC, parking, free drinking water, pleasant staff.
What we did not like( our personal opinion, not criticism):
There is no elevator. We were on the last floor so walking up and down could be challenging especially with the suitcases. You will not...

「Amazing host. They were really helpful and provided a detailed document with recommendations of attractions and dine out options. They do have 2 lovely dogs on site Pluto and Laika. Very friendly. Breakfast in morning was the higlight of the stay. All marmalade/jams were made using home grown fruits and special bread from a local bakery (from Furnas). 「I could easily write paragraphs long reviews but am limited by characters. Thank you so much for having a kind, welcoming, and inviting inn. The shared kitchen is organized so nicely, the living space and deck are right at the waterfront - mere steps to the ocean and a five minute walk to a public swimming point. Our balcony overlooked all of this and we enjoyed sunsets night after night. The staff were so friendly - incredibly knowledgable, giving, caring and fun! Thank you Luisa for helping us...
