Western Tokyo Beach Holidays

We booked a bed with two twins and a bunk bed because we were traveling as a family of four. Upon arrival we noticed we were missing a set of linens for the bunk beds, and when we brought this to the front desk’s attention they informed us that because our youngest child was 6, they automatically assume they will be co-sleeping with us. We clarified this was NOT the case and they said we could rent a 4th set of linens for 2000 yen/day. Nothing in the Expedia description made note of this, so the charge struck us as very petty. Aside from this misleading marketing, the hotel was quiet, well-located, and clean. Small annoyances like a motion sensor light in the entry (which illuminates the whole room when someone wakes up to use the restroom at night) were solvable with some field ingenuity.

Great location, lots to do around, the hotel itself is on a fairly quite residential street couple of blocks removed from the busy streets of Asakusa. My family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. Very clean and nicely furnished studio style apartment/ suite.

Great hotel with great amenities and located in a great area. Very cleanly, kind staff and rooms are some of the biggest sizes you can get in Tokyo.

We had an absolutely great stay. The staff is extremely helpful and we always received a warm welcome coming back from a busy day of walking and shopping. It is very clean and the amenities were great. We were able to work out and use the public bath and it was included with our stay. The rooms are quite spacious and it was very convenient having laundry in our room. The Grand Monday was walking distance to shopping and great food! Even with the busy shopping area and all the restaurants the area was pretty quiet. Very family friendly. Will absolutely stay here again.

Convenient location! Steps to the Yamanote line, and steps to the Metro (Daimon station) so that is great, but especially for easy access to the Haneda airport monorail. The Hamamatsucho stop on the monorail is the connecting station between JR line and the monorail so it’s essentially the starting point to the airport via monorail - an easy 17 min away from Haneda. Having a washer dryer in room was the other big reason I booked this property, and despite being right beside the train tracks, we did not hear anything at night. The property is brand new so everything was clean and modern and beautiful inside. The only small downside, is that there isn’t too much around the property in terms of restaurants / shopping / cafes. We admittedly didn’t explore too much as we were only there one night; after spending 8 days in Japan and 7 days in Vietnam, this was our stay back in Japan prior to flying home. All in all, a lovely stay and great value for the large room, in room conveniences and ease of transfer to Haneda.

Beautiful gardens, great bathrooms and wonderful gym! The area is so nice and calm.

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities
