因奇科姆 海灘假期之旅

We stayed for one night here for its convenient location. Staffs were nice. After checking in, we directed to walk down the stairs for an 0 floor (basement) room. The first thing we noticed was the floor had 4 rooms and many private rooms. The communal hallway needs maintainance, carpet was dirty. The room size was fine, relatively clean but two towels have visible brown dirts on them. The next morning, we were woken up by constant slamming doors at 06:30! This continues until 08:30! I guess the private rooms were for staffs, and early morning noises were probably from the morning shift. It is not a fair service for a £340/night on a Friday. Also, I’d avoid breakfast and go to a cafe for better food.

I booked an extra week or so here because I just loved Edinburgh. This hotel is honestly so great. The staff are spectacularly helpful, the complimentary snacks and drinks are plentiful and very convenient, the complimentary drinks at the bar during the social hour are fun (though I missed most of these because I was usually out at that hour, but still, it’s fun if you’re in the hotel, and it’s a good time to have a couple drinks before dinner), the fact that housekeeping is available 24/7 is beyond amazing. I will absolutely be back to stay here again when in Edinburgh next, which I hope can be soon!
