I booked 3 weeks but had to after 1 week due to business schedule changes, the hotel management stated they will charge 1 extra day for early checkout but after 3 weeks, I'm still waiting for my refund. And getting the runaround.
There are a lot foreign people that work at the hotel and they work very hard buy management is terrible as they seek to take advantage of foreign guest. UNACCEPTABLE.
