I don’t know what to expect coming into the hotel, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! Very clean and smells lovely. The staff are very friendly and the room service is very fast. Would come again 100%

I don’t like the fact that you have to pay $30 he has to use the Internet and for unlimited coffee. I only stay there the night because there was a concert across the street and I didn’t wanna drive back home so late. Also, the parking $60 is ridiculous. That’s an extra $90 and need to pay. I told the staff I don’t need the Internet. My phone has Internet. I’m model is only there to spend the night. The lady in France said oh but you got unlimited coffee like if I’m dying for coffee😒 I travel a lot and I use a lot of hotels but this one I am not happy with for sure. The place is really clean. Valet is really friendly.

Stunning hotel and loved the rooftop bar. I went up to do some work in the morning (still on East Coast time), and it was peacefully quiet. I got to enjoy the stunning view of The Eastern and watch the sunrise. By lunchtime, the roof was buzzing with people and had a completely different vibe. Both experiences were well worth it. The staff was particularly lovely, and I could easily walk to many great coffee shops, museums, and eateries--and don't skip Santee Alley! I know downtown gets a bad rap, but this is a real gem that reflects much of Los Angeles's history, Art Deco design, and golden colors.

Great place. It was clean and had modern amenities. However, there were charges at check-in in addition to the Expedia charge and also an early 10 am checkout. If you miss that check-out time you will automatically be charged $150. All in all, it was a nice place but the total cost probably will be more than the total cost quoted by Expedia due to the up-charges.
