Atlantis is way beyond my expectation. The rooms are super clean, grand all with exceptional ocean view. The best thing about the hotel is the service. Anything you ask for is delivered within 20 mins. Even the common areas are spotless. Every staff in the hotel are super nice. You can stop anyone and you will always get a nice smile. The fact that hotel includes the waterpark and aquarium makes this a super good deal to stay (worth at least half of the say). Food is more expensive by china standard but reasonable for US standard. Absolutely a pleasure to stay and the MUST go if you are with kids.

It may not be the newest hotel, but we've been to neighboring giant hotels, and in terms of comfort and luxurious, relaxed living, we know Sofitel is the best! The children's entertainment area is simply amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Waited for a long time for luggages to arrive at my room. Instruction to my room & building was not clear. Facility is great and room is clean. Restaurant can also be improved.
