AMAZING! Staff was super friendly, hotel is in walking distance of everything you want to see, quiet at night.

One of the highlights of our stay was being able to walk around at night people watching and the lights at Times Square. Our hotel location made this possible.

Lovely staff and a perfect location for exploring Little Italy, Chinatown and SoHo. Close to the subway and all amenities. Loved it! Highly recommended!

It was fine but for $750/night I expect a room that doesn’t smell musty and has actual running water. Staff was very responsive and came up quickly to fix water situation. But I still had to run the water to get all the brown gunk out. Iron leaked water all over my clothes. And room needed extra blankets and when I called they said housekeeping was gone for the evening. So I used a bath towel to keep my child warm. Great location for shopping on 5th & by Rockefeller. I liked smaller atmosphere of hotel & concierge was super nice & helpful!

Great stay! We’ve been to this property almost every year and it never disappoints.

I had such a great time staying at the Royalton. The staff was fantastic. The room was comfortable, and everything I needed was responded to immediately. The only small note that I would give is that some of the TVs have not been upgraded for streaming. And the next time I stay, I'll bring an HDMI cable connector for my iPad. They were so friendly and helpful. They really made my trip special.
