The staff were so unfriendly. Did not have greetings when we arrived. The hallway to the room smelled smoke although it’s non-smoking rooms and with a sign of it. We were not greeted with what amenities are available for us including airport transfers. I found the carpet in the rooms dirty and outdated.

Was perfectly situated by the Tokyo Tower. Loved that we had a view of Tokyo Tower from our room. It was also very convenient to have the Lawsons in the basement.
