Great staff, they went their way to make my stay excellent. The hotel also is well located on top of one of the 2 major subway lines and very close to the other and to the shinkansen station.

I stayed here for 5 nights, I really liked the location and friendly staff. The bed and water pressure was good. I didn't notice the bathroom mildew smell that much as some other reviews pointed out.
