It's a walkable distance from Hakata station (10-15min). Sound proof isn't that good if people talk along the corridor. Other than that, all was quiet. Staff will assist you check in thro a machine. Check out was much easier. There's 2 supermarkets within walking distance (abt 10-15min).
The mattress wasn't that comfortable. It is like concave in and can feel the bottom. I had to sleep near the edge of the mattress to support my body. Pillow is flat but not too flat for me. I don't know what time they start cleaning on 2nd floor. Just know that cleaner will prepare around 10am. Once, I came back at 2pm. Most of the room doors were still open, indicating cleaning was still in progress.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to eateries. There were noises of equipment/machinery as well as people chatting as they walked the back lanes. It didn’t bother us too much but might for those sensitive to noise. Overall a good stay.
