Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up.

Fantastic stay. If I ever return to the area, this is where I will definitely be staying. Large modern and comfortable room, with amenities such as onsite onsen which you can use. The hotels gives off a very luxurious feel. What's more, it is located right across the train station, making access very convenient.

The room was very nice and tidy. The staff was professional. The on-site laundry facilities were very helpful for us. We were able to walk to several things, including the train station, car rentals, convenience stores, and Okazaki Castle. Our only complaint was that the room was a bit cramped for a family of four with luggage.
