I think the hotel is more focussed on style than substance. They are losing the essence of customer context in lieu of creating a perceived style quotient which too is failing as they overlook basic necessities of a stay. The breakfast is average. We stayed in The Balcony room as we were downgraded from the Velvet suite since their Aircon was malfunctioning. The hotel did not consider it important to inform us of this critical change before arrival. The room for 2+1 was limited space with inefficient design and the room didn't have any support for bags. They did offer us a few free coupons for drinks and dessert which was kind of Madeline at the front desk. But the coordination with the restaurant being unaware of such coupons was visibly absent. Though the location is excellent. The rooms are very clean and the interior decor is mix of modern and contemporary giving a good fusion.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel, thoughtfully designed and in a great location—central, but a little off the beaten path.

Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

Great hotel

Very awful room, they mentioned, the room has a garden view which was a joke. You could see another concrete walls surrounding a very small poorly maintained lawn! If one throw themselves out of the window, they might be able to see that poorly maintained lawn. Breakfast was poor, overall it was one of the worst Ritz Carltons. I do not recommend it, at all!
