Our room was not ready until 3:15pm, 15 minutes past the contractual check-in time. We had arrived at 9am and requested for to check in early if possible because of evening commitments. I understand it's a busy hotel, but to not be allowed to check in until 15 minutes after the guaranteed time is pathetic. I called at 12pm and they said the room would be ready soon. It was not. No apologies were given. Our AC vent was also clicking on/off all night making it difficult to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything right outside your room. This hotel markets itself up to appear luxurious in the lobby and outside, but once you're in your room it is miserable. $6 for a drip coffee in the morning. Avoid at all costs. You are better off anywhere else.

Wonderful property. Small room but modern and clean. Great location. It would be nice if rooms had a microwave. Worst part was there are no ice machines and bar and coffee shop were reluctant to provide. Water in room was scalding hot. It literally melted a plastic cup. I’m glad our grandkids weren’t with us.
Breakfast was excellent. Very busy but restaurant staff was quick and friendly. Coffee choice was limited. They wouldn’t let me take in a coffee from their own coffee shop.
A laundry room would be excellent.
