I would like to personally thank the front desk for extending our check out time by 30 mins. One of our kids was unwell and they helped us become a member and got us the late check out. Although we didn’t really stay till that time, it was nice they helped a family.
Specifically, a young and brilliant concierge named So Jaehyuk who helped us get a taxi from the hotel to the airport. He was kind, informative, spoke great english and really went out of his way to show enterprise and a resourceful attitude. We wish i’m all the very best for his Internship at the hotel. And are super thankful!

Always reliable! Great place to stay to save some money on lodging. The public bath is my favorite feature. I do wish it was not so hot in the common areas and the sleeping floors. Like bro I’m sweating just being in the room. Overall: I love this place. Just wish it wasn’t as hot.
