With subway lines 1 & 3 less than a 5 minute walk, location is very accessible and getting around the city is very easy. Room size was good, but showing its age, with the carpet in particular looking like it’s seen a lot of foot traffic and in need of a thorough clean or replacement. WIFI in the room was also patchy, regularly dropping in and out, and had to resort to international roaming on the phone. Breakfast selection was good, dining area was clean, roomy and plenty of seating, but its appearance was let down by some scruffy hole ridden window blinds, unbecoming of a 4.5 Star hotel. Only used the Hotel restaurant once, but very happy with the food and service. Good menu options and reasonably priced too.
