Hotel advertised airport shuttle but when contacted day before trip none was provided. Also swimming pool was not operational.
Self service laundry was available and rooms were clean.
Staff was helpful and courteous.

This is the second time that we stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, a bit small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide a glass bottle to be refill in their water dispenser. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and daily buffet breakfast.
The hotel is close to metro station.

Great location and service. Rooms are a bit small but that’s majority of HK hotels. Definitely recommend if you want to be close to the tourist areas.

The team at reception are helpful. However, I would not recommend this for a business stay. If you are in a connecting room, you can hear the guests next door speaking and using the bathroom. You can also hear traffic through the thin windows. Fine for a short 1-2 day stay. However, this is not a 4 star accomodation. Daily room service is just changing your bathroom bin.
