The entire property is VERY clean & alllll staff was very nice. Valet was amazing. Free parking. The restaurant inside called the kitchen was soooo good. Breakfast buffet was $22 with a drink and has an omelette station. Pizza place was good too. If there’s an event tho expect to not have parking and it’s NOT easy to get to your room through the exiting crowds from the concerts. A double queen room is pretty small if you have an family. Other than that it was nice and clean.

We stayed two nights midweek in unbelievable luxury then had to move elsewhere as the weekend rates are high. If you don't have a huge budget and are prepared to switch hotels you may be lucky and get a good last minute deal (book the day before, you can usually find something unless there is a big event on). The Palazzo was fabulous!
