Disorganized check in. Made reservation for pick up from airport. Waited 40 minutes to find no available seat. My husband, 66 years old, and I sat through back door of van on floor…. But glad we got there. Great breakfast but limited tables.for seating.

We were so sad to see that this hotel is currently closed as we have stayed here for every cruise so far and this would have been our 5th visit. Hoping you are open by the next time to go out again as we LOVe this facility and the staff
