The hotel staff were helpful & the breakfast buffet selection is good.
As for the room located at the 3rd floor. The area is not so clean. The door room seems so hard to open & close as well as the bathroom door.
There is no floor mat available, Bathroom amenities are not available like face towels & hand towels. & bathroom tissues are not enough.
The tables in our room has some stained,
We did stayed in couple of hotels in the area & somehow much better & satisfied.
Kinda disappointed!😔
