Great service, hotel ammenities and location

Only had a stay cation for 1 night but staff was very helpful with infant amenities. They provided a bathtub with various soaps and a crib for my 8 month old to sleep in. Overall very pleasant stay. 10/10 would come again.

The hotel was beyond expectations! We booked a club marina view room with access to the lounge, was well worth the upgrade. The room was on floor 22 and had spectacular views of the marina with a floor to ceiling window. The lounge access was amazing, breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and drinks all day!! The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again

I think the Goodwood is a hidden Gem in an oasis of its own on the hill. Grand building with dedicated staff. We love it .

Staff was wonderful, especially "uncle Joseph" at the Club Lounge who took really good care of me; the other employees of the lounge/Club level guest services were also very kind. Buffet breakfast is diversified and enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, but I would suggest to install a desk and comfortable chairs instead of the weird sofa/couch and heavy table, not practical for working on the computer. Bathroom was nice, with a stand-alone shower. Not a fan of the "rain shower head", but there was also a handheld shower head, which was really useful. I stayed at the same hotel in 2022, and nothing has changed, so maybe it is time for a facelift! Despite of the somewhat dated decor, everything is well-cared for and in good condition. Went for a massage, fine but not as good as the ones I had 4 years ago; was it because of the promotional price? The location is very central; I was in Singapore for a conference at the Marina Bay Convention Center and it was a 5-6 minutes ride from the hotel. This hotel is a solid 4-star, not luxurious, but very well appointed, and the personnel is very attentive to the guests' needs, which is not always the case....The only difficulty was related to my early arrival at the hotel. I phoned to inform in advance of my early arrival (around 6h30 am). When I arrived, I was told that I need to pay $150SGD to have an early access to a room, which I refused. I got my room at 11:30am, and sleep was welcome after traveling 30 hours.

The hotel is faultless. Highly recommended. Excellent lobby drinks and food, as is the Town restaurant right next to it. We highly recommend the Signature Bar, down the second lobby, behind the check in counters. Huge whiskey collection, perfect oysters served, the staff knowledge and service was par excellence!
